How Shree Accounting LLC collects, uses and protects personal information on shreecpas.com and in client engagements.

This policy explains what personal information Shree Accounting LLC (“we”) collects through shreecpas.com, how we use it and how we protect it. Questions: pras@shreecpas.com or (201) 888-1035. Effective October 2026.

What we collect

  • Contact form: the name, email, phone, company, service and message you send us. The form is delivered to our inbox by Formspree, a form-processing service, which stores submissions only as needed to deliver them.
  • Readiness check and estimator: these run in your browser. What you enter is not sent to us or stored.
  • Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, schedule a consultation and, if you become a client, to provide the services in your engagement letter. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Client information

Client documents are exchanged through an encrypted client portal (TaxDome) rather than email. As a CPA firm we keep tax return information confidential as required by professional standards and federal law, including Internal Revenue Code section 7216, and we use or disclose it only as permitted by law or with your written consent. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards for client information as required for tax preparers under federal law.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. WordPress and our hosting provider may set cookies needed for the site to work or to keep it secure, and we may use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Google Analytics does not receive what you type into the contact form or the tax tools. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work as a result.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for the periods required by professional standards and law.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep. Email pras@shreecpas.com.
