Founded in October 2016, Shree Accounting LLC is a Morris Plains, New Jersey CPA and advisory firm led by Prasanna Thiruvenkatachari, CPA, CFE, CGMA. Leads the firm’s CFO advisory and tax practice and sets the standard every engagement is held to.

Prasanna founded Shree Accounting in October 2016 to give business owners technically sound accounting, tax and financial leadership through a direct professional relationship.

He brings more than 20 years across accounting, taxation and finance leadership, including CFO responsibilities for owner-led businesses. That experience covers the pressures of managing cash flow, the consequences of business and tax decisions and the need to balance today’s obligations with tomorrow’s opportunities. His tax work spans partnerships and corporations, multi-state matters and planning for business owners and high-net-worth families, so financial questions are answered in context rather than as isolated accounting exercises.
